HOW TO ACCESS YOUR TICKETS VIA AXS TICKET TRANSFER

Some events use AXS as their primary ticketing provider.

For events sold through AXS, tickets are delivered to buyers via AXS ticket transfer.

This is a secure and standard ticketing system used by leading venues and promoters.

Your tickets are sent securely through AXS and are not attached to an email.

This guide explains what to expect and how to access your tickets with confidence.

Understanding AXS x Ticket Merchant

Ticket Merchant and AXS are independent ticketing platforms so it is important that you understand how both are relevant to accessing your tickets.

Ticket Merchant: This is us, hi! Your original purchase was made through Ticket Merchant. While we don’t issue the tickets, we facilitate the sale and are primarily responsible for ensuring you have your tickets and that you are ready to attend the event.

AXS: This is the company that is issuing the tickets for your event. This means, to access your tickets, you will need to download the AXS app and create an account.

Why AXS Uses Ticket Transfer

AXS uses mobile tickets to keep entry secure and simple.

  • Tickets are only accessible via the AXS app
  • Tickets cannot be copied or duplicated
  • Tickets are transferred securely between verified AXS accounts.

Once your tickets are visible in the AXS app, they are valid and ready to use.

How the Ticket Transfer Works

Ticket Merchant does a whole lot of things behind the scenes to get your tickets ready. Once your tickets are ready to be sent, this is how it works:

You will receive:

  • An email from Ticket Merchant with step-by-step instructions (this email does not contain the tickets)
  • An email from AXS letting you know tickets have been sent to you

During this process, your order status on Ticket Merchant will change to complete.

Please note, both emails will be sent to the email address used on your Ticket Merchant order.

If You Already Have an AXS Account

(Using the same email address as your Ticket Merchant order)

  • Your tickets are automatically delivered directly to your AXS account
  • You may receive an email from AXS with the subject: “Your tickets were delivered to your account!
  • Following this, no further action is required. Simply log in to the AXS app to view your tickets.

If You Do Not Have an AXS Account

  • Open the email from AXS
  • Click Accept Tickets
  • Create an AXS account using the same email address as your Ticket Merchant order
  • You may receive an AXS email with the subject: “Tickets Are Waiting For You”
  • Once your account is created, the tickets will appear in your AXS app.

How to Access Your Tickets

AXS tickets are mobile-only and must be accessed through the AXS app.

Steps:

     1. Download the AXS App from the App Store or Google Play

     2. Log in using the same email as your Ticket Merchant order

     3. Open the app and tap Tickets

     4. Tap on the “Upcoming” tab

     5. Present your ticket barcode on your smartphone for entry

When Will My Tickets Appear?

Ticket delivery timing can vary by event and venue.

  • Tickets may appear immediately after transfer

Others may appear closer to the event’s commencement (this is not uncommon for AXS and does not affect ticket validity).

Quick FAQs

Do my tickets need to be accepted before the event?

Yes. Tickets must be accepted and visible in the AXS app prior to entry.

Why are my tickets not attached to an email?

AXS tickets are delivered directly through the AXS app. Emails are for notifications only.

I did not receive an AXS email. Are my tickets missing?

Not necessarily. Tickets may already be in the AXS app. Make sure you are logged in using the correct email.

Can I screenshot or print my tickets?

Unfortunately, tickets must be scanned directly from the AXS app at the venue

My event is soon and tickets are not visible yet. Is this normal?

Yes. Some tickets appear closer to the event date. This does not affect validity.
