Hot on the heels of her last tour Just no!, Urzila Carlson is back in Australia with her new tour Just Jokes. She's garnered a legion of fans worldwide in recent years, not least thanks to her hit Netflix hour-long comedy special Overqualified Loser which was released in 190 countries! In Just No, Urzila has discovered our frustrations are what brings us together – not sport, not love, not peace – but people who do us wrong. In 2018, she was named Australasian Ambassador of South African Tourism, representing the country as part of an ongoing campaign to encourage Australians, New Zealanders and South African expats to visit.
In October 2019 she was presented with the Rielly Comedy Award from the Variety Artists Club of New Zealand for her contribution to New Zealand entertainment.

In 2019, she appeared in Netflix's Comedians of the World.
