Who is Harry Styles?
Harry Styles is an English singer, songwriter, and actor born in 1994. Before he shot to stardom, he was a 15-year-old boy who lived in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire and worked in a bakery. Harry rose to fame once he auditioned for the X Factor in 2010 as a solo contestant but was placed in a boy band by the judges. We know and love this band to be One Direction.
Containing four other members – Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, and Liam Payne – the group of boys reached an exorbitant level of success despite placing third on the show. They have since released five studio albums, embarked on four world tours, and won several awards. The group went on indefinite hiatus in January 2016.
Harry Styles’ Discography
In June 2016, Styles signed a solo record deal with Columbia Records. His debut single, "Sign of the Times", was released in April 2017, reaching number one in the UK and number four in the US. Its music video was praised by fans and critics alike, and it earned him a Brit Award.
His self-titled debut album was released in May 2017, debuting atop the UK and US charts, and received a positive critical reception. Featuring hits like “Kiwi” and “Sweet Creature”, this album was beloved by fans.
Two years later, Harry Styles released his second album titled “Fine Line”. This album featured hit singles, including “Golden”, “Watermelon Sugar”, “Lights Up”, and “Adore You”, which all received widespread acclaim and commercial success, solidifying Harry Styles' position as a solo artist. "Fine Line" as a whole received positive reviews from both fans and music critics for its musical diversity, lyrical depth, and Harry Styles' distinctive voice and style.
Harry’s third album, “Harry’s House”, released in May 2022, marked a significant shift in his musical journey. Showcasing a blend of pop, funk, and soul, it reflected his personal growth and artistic versatility. The album, with its heartfelt lyrics and unique soundscapes, resonated deeply with audiences, further cementing Harry Styles' status as a musical innovator. It was praised for its cohesive narrative, experimental sounds, and Styles' ability to connect with listeners on a personal level.
What Was Harry Styles’ Most Successful Album?
Harry Styles' album "Fine Line," released in December 2019, stands as his most commercially successful work to date. Garnering widespread acclaim, it played a pivotal role in establishing him as a formidable solo artist. The album, characterised by its eclectic mix of musical styles, features hit singles such as “Watermelon Sugar,” “Adore You,” and “Golden.” These tracks not only dominated global charts but also showcased Styles' artistic evolution.
"Fine Line" was celebrated for its exploration of themes like love and heartache, woven together with musical diversity and lyrical depth. Its success was reflected in its impressive sales figures, chart-topping positions across multiple countries, and numerous accolades, further cementing Harry Styles' place in the contemporary music landscape.
Is Harry Styles Going on Tour in 2023?
Harry Styles' tour dates for 2023 already unfolded earlier this year. Australia saw the icon perform all across the country in his ‘Love on Tour’ during late February and early March. Since he already paid us a visit earlier this year, we doubt that he’ll make a spontaneous international performance in Australia before the end of the year, unfortunately.
Will Harry Styles Tour in 2024?
Since the singing sensation embarked on a world tour and visited Australia in early 2023, chances of Harry Styles tour dates in 2024 are unfortunately unlikely. He also performed his most recent album on tour, so fans are awaiting new music before hope of him hosting a live concert again.
Usually, Harry Styles releases a new album every two to three years. So, it may be a little while before we hear a fresh single, EP or album from him. The best thing to do in the meantime is sign up to The Ticket Merchant’s waitlist so you can be first to hear about any upcoming tours as soon as they’re announced.
How Long Does a Harry Styles Concert Last?
A Harry Styles concert typically lasts about two hours, though the exact duration can vary slightly depending on various factors, such as the setlist. These performances are known for their dynamic energy and captivating setlists, which usually include a mix of his popular solo hits, fan favourites, and occasionally, covers or special renditions.
Styles engages the audience not just through his music but also through his charismatic stage presence and interactions with fans. The concert experience is further enhanced with visually stunning stage designs and lighting. Each show is a unique blend of musical prowess and showmanship, leaving fans with a memorable experience that lasts well beyond the concert's runtime.
How Fast Do Harry Styles Tickets Sell?
It can be extremely difficult to purchase Harry Styles tickets due to his ginormous fanbase. Tickets often sell out within a matter of minutes, leaving many of his fans empty-handed. And while there have been multiple occasions where he has added new shows to accommodate the demand, there are still many that miss out.
That’s where we come in. The Ticket Merchant is Australia’s most-loved ticket marketplace, providing concertgoers and fans with a second chance to score tickets to their favourite artists’ concerts. Our platform is safe, secure, and 100 per cent guaranteed with no hidden fees.
