Mobile Ticket Instructions

Once we have notified you that your tickets have been transferred, you will need to look out for a separate email to accept the mobile ticket transfer.
To access the transferred tickets, please follow the instructions below on your mobile phone.
You will need access to your emails and the internet on your phone.
If the email was received from Ticketmaster:
1. You will receive an INVITE LINK from TICKETMASTER to transfer the tickets to your name (this will be sent to the email address provided on your order).
2. Click ‘Accept Tickets’ on this email to get the tickets transferred to your account.
3. Login or Create a Ticketmaster account. Please note that a Ticketmaster account is not the same as your Ticket Merchant account - we are two separate companies.
4. Once you have accepted the tickets the transfer is complete, and the tickets are now in your name.
5. Make sure you mobile is fully charged for entry into the stadium.
6. Ensure your tickets are open on your mobile, and your screen brightness is all the way up as you approach the gate.
If the email was received from Ticket Merchant:
1. You will receive a separate email from Ticket Merchant with individual links for each ticket purchased (this will be sent to the email address provided on your order).
2. Open each link on your mobile phone which will display your seat details.
3. Turn-up your mobile phone's back light to aid the speed of scanning your ticket.
4. Scan your ticket by placing your mobile phone, with QR displaying, under the turnstile scanner.
