Father’s Day Sale – Terms & Conditions1. The Ticket Merchant Father’s Day Sale (“the Promotion”) runs from 12:00am AEST Thursday 3 September 2026 until 11:59pm AEST Sunday 6 September 2026 (“the Promotional Period”). Discounts do not apply to any purchases made outside the Promotional Period.2. The Promotion is available to customers purchasing eligible tickets via https://www.theticketmerchant.com.au/ during the Promotional Period.3. (each an “Eligible Event”, together the “Eligible Events”)4. The discount is applied per ticket, at the specified dollar amount, to the face value ticket price of an Eligible Event only. The discount amount varies by event as set out in clause 3 above. Booking fees, transaction fees and delivery charges are not discounted and remain payable in full (see clause 11).5. The Promotion applies only to the Eligible Events listed above. No other events, tickets, add-ons, fees or charges are eligible for a discount under this Promotion, unless otherwise stated.6. To receive the discount, customers must access the applicable Eligible Event via the specific promotional link provided by The Ticket Merchant for that event during the Promotional Period, and add the ticket(s) to their cart. The discount is applied once eligible tickets are in the cart. Tickets added to the cart via any other link, or via the standard event page outside of the promotional link, will not receive the discount. No promotional code is required where the promotional link is used correctly.7. Discounted tickets are available while stocks last. The Promotion is subject to ticket availability for each Eligible Event, and The Ticket Merchant makes no guarantee that discounted tickets will be available for the full Promotional Period. The Ticket Merchant reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to withdraw any Eligible Event from the Promotion, reduce or remove the discount on any Eligible Event, or end the Promotion early in whole or in part, including where an event sells out or allocated discounted tickets are exhausted.8. There is no limit on the number of discounted tickets a customer may purchase per Eligible Event during the Promotional Period, unless otherwise stated at checkout, subject to any per-transaction or per-event ticket limits set by the event organiser or venue.9. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or promotional code, unless otherwise stated.10. The discount applies only to new transactions made during the Promotional Period and cannot be applied retrospectively to tickets purchased before the Promotional Period, nor can it be applied to previously completed transactions.11. The discount applies to the ticket price only. Standard booking fees, transaction fees and delivery charges still apply in full to discounted tickets and are not reduced or included in the discount.12. All ticket sales are final. Standard The Ticket Merchant refund and exchange policies apply to tickets purchased during the Promotion, except where required otherwise by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).13. In the event of an Eligible Event being cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, standard The Ticket Merchant policies regarding cancelled, postponed or rescheduled events will apply.14. The Ticket Merchant reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice, including if it reasonably believes the Promotion is being abused, exploited or used fraudulently.15. The Ticket Merchant reserves the right to cancel any transaction and refund any ticket where it is discovered that the discount has been applied in error or has been obtained fraudulently.16. By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the standard The Ticket Merchant Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available at https://www.theticketmerchant.com.au/our-policies17. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
