The Dandy Warhols are an influential American alternative rock band formed in Portland, Oregon, in 1994 by Courtney Taylor-Taylor and Peter Holmström, later joined by keyboardist Zia McCabe and drummer Brent DeBoer. Blending psychedelic rock, shoegaze, garage rock and catchy pop hooks, the band broke through with albums including ...The Dandy Warhols Come Down (1997) and Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia (2000). Their best-known song, “Bohemian Like You,” became an international alternative-rock hit, while “We Used to Be Friends” further established their distinctive sound. With a career spanning more than three decades, The Dandy Warhols remain a defining band of the Portland alternative-rock scene.

The Dandy Warhols return to Australia and New Zealand in November and December 2026 for their highly anticipated The Dandy Warhols Australia / NZ Tour 2026, supporting their new covers album, Pin Ups. Nearly three decades into their career, the cult alternative-rock icons continue to deliver an adventurous live experience, blending psychedelic rock, shoegaze, synth-pop and their signature swagger. The tour kicks off in Tasmania with a special performance alongside the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra before heading to major Australian cities and New Zealand for a run of highly anticipated shows, culminating at the Meredith Music Festival in Victoria.
