This years cricket test matches between Australia and India will begin in Perth's Optus Stadium. The annual test matches will also include the 2nd test in Adelaide at Adelaide Oval, the 3rd test at The Gabba in Brisbane, The Boxing Day Test at the MCG and the fifth and final test at the SCG in Sydney.

The schedule and exact dates have been announced with tests set to begin in November and end in January.

Australia have outdone themselves in the previous four tests played in Perth so having the opening test there is a good sign.
