The 2023 season marked the 77th year for the Parramatta Eels. Under the guidance of coach Brad Arthur and co-captains Clinton Gutherson and Junior Paulo, they competed in the NRL's 2023 Telstra Premiership but missed out on the finals. Despite this victory, the Eels finished the season in tenth place after a bye in the final round.
